Company Migrates to Office 2010

Motability In-house Access training

During their migration project from Office 2003 to Office 2010, KCL (in partnership with Computer World) was brought in to deliver multiple sessions to staff on the major differences between Access 2003 and Access 2010, and how to use the new features.  A consultation with the client resulted in a detailed topic list and it was decided that a full days training was necessary in order to cover it all.  Here at KCL we then set about creating a detailed bespoke session plan, along with all of the resources to go with it.  In order to provide the training with minimal disruption to the Motability staff, it was agreed that KCL would deliver the training at the Motability offices in London.

As always with training, we aim to obtain as much feedback as possible, not only to ensure client satisfaction but to constantly improve our service.  Here are some delegate thoughts from the Access migration training sessions:

  • Level of Course – “Very Good”
  • Trainer Knowledge – “Excellent”
  • Trainer Presentation – “Excellent”
  • Overall Rating – “Excellent”
  • Comments – “Aidan is a great trainer who clearly knows his stuff.  I learnt a lot yesterday from him and I’m looking forward to attending the Microsoft Excel Training.”
